Ascension V: Wrath of Qing Long

When Qing Mao activates the Qing Long skill, the dragon spirit deals one extra hit to its targets for each blinded enemy on the battlefield (max 5). Damage per hit: 21,015 (20% physical attack + 3,000) Flame damage: 10,207 (10% physical attack + 1,200)

Blinds the nearest enemies for 3s and damages them.

• Chance to blind is lowered if the target's level is above 130
• Cooldown*: 15s

Deals damage to the nearest enemy based on their current health

• Damage: 21% (0.1 * level + 8) of the target's current health (max 228,518 (25% physical attack + 1550 * level + 4,500))
• Cooldown*: 23s
• Initial cooldown*: 7s

Qing Mao reduces the target's armor with every attack. The effect lasts until the end of the battle or the target's death.

• Armor Reduction per hit: 470 (4 * level - 50)

Ascension II: Relentless Open Heart

Open Heart additionally decreases the target's max health by 100% (100) of damage dealt with the basic attack. Qing Mao cannot decrease the target's max health by over 40% (40).
