Engineers

Yet another useless faction. Isaac's buffs have an increased effect when received by other engineers, but those latter ones are useless anyway. And this faction also has an useless buff against Osh. Did I mention this is an useless faction?

A very sad state of affair, as Engineers decidedly deserve to have their uncanny wit, flair and charm be acknowledged by the world - in all impartiality.
